It is not a firm of attorneys and does not conduct a legal practice for its own account. It does not undertake reserved legal work — no litigation, no appearance in court, no conveyancing, no notarial work, no administration of estates — holds no trust account and no Fidelity Fund Certificate, offers no accredited or credit-bearing training, and performs no audit or assurance. Its sole director is an admitted attorney enrolled on the roll of non-practising legal practitioners.
